Day 8 - Lesson & Chess
Today, I tried to wake up early to buy breakfast but i failed as i keep on snoozing my alarm from 6am to 6.30am to 7am then ...... all the way to 8.15am. I quickly jump off my bed and quickly go and wash myself up to attend lesson at 9am.
During the lesson, unable to take any photos as i was busy taking notes and try to pick up other informations that is not given in the notes for chapter 2 as the quiz is pretty important as after 3 more lessons. We will have a common test that test us on the first 5 chaps so in order to reduce the time used to study for the test,I decided not to waste time like normal days in ngee ann polytechnic. Mr Loh have always tried to help us different ways to help us to understand the chapters as from one whole sem into less than 6 weeks. Thanks Mr Loh!
After that, I went back to my hostel room to relax, I saw Eddy took out chinese chess playing with Erwin. Both of them look the same and still start with e in their first name! I went to play with them, I do not really know how to play chinese chess so Eddy which plays better than Erwin ask me to play with Erwin first as he wants to go and bath. After a firece battle with Erwin, I somehow got lucky and won Erwin by one move. Eddy which is a stronger player and makes me think for a longer time, I set up a deadly trap(天罗地网) which Eddy fall in but I over-confident and belittle him and lose the match but it was a good match with him as it teach me a lot of things.

Reflection
Something in life, one wrong step you take, it may lead to a totally failure and there is no turning back. (走错一步,全盘皆输) Life is like playing chess, in order to win the game, you need to have forethought, even if you are one step away from the victory there is not guarantee victory, once you missed that step all the hardwork from the starting to now will be futile.
