Day 16 - Second IS Lesson & First Presentation Day

2nd IS lesson. Today we touch on weddings custom in China and what are the things they normal will do during weddings and not to do during weddings like cut a pear and etc. Next is FengShui teaching us how to balance the 5 element (Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth) at home. The table arrangements in China indicate the statues of the person. If you are facing the door means that you enjoy a high status over there as the seat goes down until the person’s back face the door means that he is the least important figure at the dining table. After that at afternoon, we had our first presentation in Wuhan.

Reflection
I realise that if I am put on headphone, I am able to concentrate better as the only voice I can hear is the lecturer's. I am unable to talk to the person beside me unless if I take down my headphone and I feel it quite amazing too as Singapore, is so advance but do not try out this system so many people is able to pay attention during lesson time if you want to ask any question there is a button to press in order to inform the lecturer then everyone is able to hear the question and answer clearly. Feel quite good for my first presentation in Wuhan maybe it is the training I get here as the people really speak loud when you are negotiating price with them.
