Day 22 - Coca Cola Industrial Visit

Today, we finally get to visit an industry in China. I am pretty excited that we are able to visit and see the production side in China. Before we enter the place, the employee of Coca Cola requests that we remove the label of different brand of the water before we enter the place. We head to one of the room to view video and they offer us one bottle of the Coca Cola product. After the video, we are able to look through the glass to see the production line and view the making of the Coca Cola drinks.
After the industrial visit, we head down to a restaurant that sell authentic fish ball which is recommend by Dr Tan and Mr Loh. The amount of the fish ball seems to be uncountable! The food they serve taste a little like what my mummy will cook for me, when I was eating the food, I felt so warm in the heart and that is the first time I ate 3 bowls of rice! Each of us paid 10 RMB for that meal which is like a little bit more than S$2.

Reflection
When the employee ask us to remove the labels from the bottle as we are not allow to bring other brand of drinks into the industry, I wonder is it because they hope that they do not want their workers to think about other brands of drink. I saw the floor that is some bottle lying around but no one went to clear it, it is very dangerous and waste of glass bottles if someone step on them and fell, the organization have to pay money to the person so I think there should policy made or review the process again. Starting to miss the food in Singapore but on the other hand, the food in China is very cheap, I scared that when I go back to Singapore, I will feel that everything is expensive, 3 meals in China is like equal to 1 meal in Singapore.
